Description:
8K Training Program
Level up to the Chattanooga Chase 8K! This training program is for 5K runners who are ready for the next challenge. Enjoy a mix of on-your-own runs and in-person group runs with other YMCA members (and non-members) alongside expert coaching staff. End each week with yoga at the YMCA on Sundays.
· 6-week structured training plan
· Weekly group long runs
· Speed work + hill training
· Sunday yoga at North River YMCA (2 PM)
· Taper plan leading into race day (May 25)
Meets at the YMCA, Riverwalk and the Official Race Course
